# About Me My name's Josh. I was raised in a [pseudo-cult](https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-42701297), never fully stepped away from Christian faith (currently investigating [North American Anglicanism](https://northamanglican.com/)), fell in love with literature and programming and studied both in college. I hold a B.S. in Information Technology Systems and an M.S. in Computer Science. I spent around a decade developing software at a large research lab, then went to help a fast-growing company scale their technology team and stack. Both experiences have been incredibly valuable and I look forward to future adventures. I think a lot about meaning, the intersection of life, work, spirituality, and big cultural moments. I'm also very interested in game development and have a little project underway called [Nyx the Knight](https://nyxtheknight.com/). This blog is a place for me to develop ideas on collaboration, faith, occupation, and technology.
